Subsidized housing is available to families, seniors and disabled individuals whose income is between 50% and 80% of median area income.

Income qualifications do not have to be extremely low and there are a variety of housing programs available at a broad range of income limits.

CARE and FERA Rates Through PGE


CARE and FERA eligibility is based on public assistance program participation or based on the number of individuals in your household and total gross household income.
